Description
This machine automates the assembly of two parts: a positioning seat and a gasket.
Here's a simplified look at its operation:
- Feeding & First Check: The machine uses a vibrating plate to bring the positioning seat into position. It quickly checks the seat to make sure it's good quality.
- Gasket Assembly: Next, a gasket is brought in and precisely installed onto the positioning seat.
- Quality Sorting: The newly assembled part is then moved to a station that separates good products from any that are defective.
- Final Scan & Action: Finally, the assembled product passes a last scan.
- If everything looks right, the machine keeps running as usual.
- If a problem is detected, the machine alerts us immediately and automatically adjusts itself to keep production flowing smoothly and efficiently.
